I’m probably going to start adding the aerial net to the equipment I bring, too! It’s like the sling, but a HUGE net…

We’re going back to our roots, with an all science fiction inspired show. Some of the acts will be tributes to well-known stories, TV shows or movies; some will be our own take on what makes for scifi. Either way, it’s gonna be some kind of something and you don’t want to miss it.

With Academy Theatre as our venue, the biggest change is that everyone gets a seat – a COMFY seat – with a clear view. Seating is limited, though, so we totally recommend buying in advance. We’ll be opening up ticket sales in a few weeks… every ticket is $15. Friday’s show will be at 7PM; Saturday will have 7 and 10PM shows.

We’re still confirming our guests, but I do know we’ve got Renea Le’Roux, Ursula Undress, and Katherine Lashe.

Come celebrate the end of winter with PALS, The Georgia Music Hall of Fame and The Gold Room with “SPRING FLING DISCO BINGO” featuring DJ Vicki Powell and  the entertainment of Fred Schneider of THE B-52s!

Afterward, I’ll be doing aerial gogo from 11.30 to 1.30.

I’ll be performing at Gold Room a few times during February: Saturday the 6th, Saturday the 20th, and Thursday the 25th. The 20th will be extra fun, because I’ll be doing doubles stuff with Melissa Coffey!

I’ll be guest performing along with Dickie Van Dyke – we’ll be doing the Breadwinner act one last time.

Often, I teach out of my studio, but I’m planning on working out of Eyedrum as often as possible. Currently, this will start with the afternoon of January 24th, continuing on Monday and Tuesday (the 25th and 26th).

I’ll update here and on the calendar when we’ll be at Eyedrum!

My good friend Deisha is an arts ambassador for both visual and performing artists. I’ll be performing improv lyra to her on cello and Mario on percussion. A few of my students will be performing earlier in the evening, as well!

As part of the Plaza’s 70th anniversary celebration and 1939 Film Festival, this month’s Silver Scream Spook Show is Buck Rogers “Planet Outlaws.”
