April began with a crazy night at Bellissima – Ship of Fools, with my friends Melissa Coffey and Eli Reiman along with the amazing DJ Vicki Powell. Georgia Voice covered it – click here for photos.

There’s a bunch going on during the rest of this month:

Private parties… on the 12th, 15th, 21st and 29th. Some of these are with The Hot Toddies and/or Melissa Coffey, at fun venues like Ventanna’s and Opera.
The Clockwork Carnival at Goat Farm on the 16th.
One night at Gold Room, the 23rd.

As for lyra classes, I’m adding a new beginner class Tuesdays at 7. Drop me a line for details, but it’s already almost full. I’ll consider new class times, too, if there is strong interest.

Get on board! April Fools Day will end with a night of naughty nautical circus performances with sexy sailors, mesmerizing mermaids, aerialists, burlesque and much more. Wear your sailor dregs, your landlubbing beachwear, transform into a daughter of triton or something seaworthy!

Melissa Coffey, Sadie Hawkins of Blast-Off Burlesque and Eli Reiman will hoist your spirits and have you over the barrel and three sheets to the wind! Featuring Atlanta’s favorite DJ, Vicki Powell of FLUX, Ladystache and Boom Box…

Friday night, April Fools Day at Bellissima – located in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta. Doors open at 8pm, performances start at 9pm. $10 cover.

Melissa Coffey and I will be performing for a special VIP event at Gold Room, Thursday the 29th of April. We’ll be in the air between 10 and midnight.

I’ll be performing at Gold Room a few times during February: Saturday the 6th, Saturday the 20th, and Thursday the 25th. The 20th will be extra fun, because I’ll be doing doubles stuff with Melissa Coffey!

Gold Room Opening Party

Thursday, December 3, Melissa Coffey and I, along with Hot Toddies Flaming Cabaret, will be performing at the opening party for Gold Room. Melissa and I will be performing aerial overhead… it’s gonna be fun. It’s open to the press at 8 p.m.

Yep, it’s the place that used to be The Gold Club, but it has been totally revamped and is most awesome.
